Welcome!

The Multidisciplinary Psychoanalytic Research Cluster collaboratively explores contemporary approaches and uses of psychoanalytic ideas across the disciplines. Specifically, we organize guest lectures, discussion and collaboration, and support for faculty and graduate research that engages with psychoanalytic texts and concepts in new and pluralistic ways. By putting psychoanalysis in conversation with emerging thinking on time, history, memory, materiality, bodies, care, economy, narrative, experimentality, improvisation, space, indigeneity and performance, we hope to provide a space for faculty and students to explore and develop work at the forefront of humanistic and critical social science engagements with psychoanalysis.
